Hi, I’m Carolyn Bowyer. I went to my first Moves Fitness class in Kingston-upon-Thames in1987. What a joy, I was quickly hooked!  I had found a class that combined fun with invigorating exercise. The combination of brilliant yet uncomplicated choreography and great music has left me spoilt for every other exercise class I have ever tried.

It was when in 1995 we were planning to move home to the Surrey/Kent borders, where there were no Moves Fitness classes available, that my Moves teacher suggested I train as a teacher.  The rest is history.  Even though we have moved a few times it has always been a joy to introduce new people to the magic of Moves Fitness.  It has been a wonderful opportunity for making new friends and giving to the communities in which I have lived.

Moving to France has given me new opportunities to teach classes, both in French and in English.
