New Malden, Worcester Park and online

Hi, I’m Helen Williams. I still remember the excitement and buzz of the first Moves Fitness class I attended in 1981. It was Cindy Gilbert’s Moves Fitness class at Tolworth Recreation Centre.

As a very unfit woman, I’d found something really special: Exercise in disguise! Moves Fitness is a dance based exercise programme that is non-competitive, inclusive and happy. I soon found myself not only fit, but training to become an instructor.

The programme today still has great music and fabulous choreography, and remains friendly and fun. I continue to teach Moves Fitness, Strength and Stretch and Moves Fitness Gold, both online and in halls, varying the pace and intensity of the workout according to the exercise needs of my students.

Experience the sheer joy of a Moves Fitness class, and gain a sense of achievement and positive good health.

Come and join us, and ‘Keep on Moving’!

March is OVARIAN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.

During this month, campaigners visit various organisations, hold events and do all we can to spread the word about the symptoms of ovarian cancer to hopefully bring down the horrendous figures that are present today – 11 women dying every day and the UK being too high on the list for ovarian cancer.  This is why I want all my fellow Movers to be made aware of the symptoms.
