Hi, I’m Hilary Walker. Like many people I’ve tried many different fitness classes but didn’t stick with any of them for long. That was until I discovered Moves Fitness – I found an exercise class with the wow factor! I was hooked. One class a week wasn’t enough – I was going 3 times a week and loving it!!

I was asked by one of the instructors if I’d ever considered teaching myself. Me? The girl who had hated sport at school?!  I took the plunge and now almost 30 years later I’m still teaching, and loving, Moves Fitness.

Moves is so much more to me than an exercise class – I’ve made so many good friends, experienced so many good times, become more confident, increased my fitness and it’s kept me sane through the trials and tribulations of family life!
