Woking and online

I was introduced to Moves by a friend who persuaded me to join her for fun workout classes she used to get excited about every week. She wasn’t wrong, my first impression of the class was – great fun, friendly atmosphere and an all-round workout.  Perfect!

After attending a couple of classes I was asked if I’d be interested in training to become a Moves instructor. I have always been an active and sporty person; I didn’t have to think hard about the answer.  After successfully completing all the aspects of the Training Course I was ready to stand on the stage as an instructor, in front of a crowd of people and deliver my very first class!  Scary times.

That was a few years ago and I must say that I have never looked back. MF has become a huge part of my identity, my life. I have grown in confidence, my fitness has improved and most importantly, I have met some amazing people along the way and made friends for life.

I love the fact that the program is adaptable and offers opportunities for people of all ages and exercise ability levels to join in, in the same class. The clever choreography, with modifiable moves, and welcoming unintimidating atmosphere is a key to creation of our ‘get fit’ community and there aren’t many who, once they’ve tried it, don’t get hooked on it.
