Hi, my name is Gail Selby and I work for the NHS as a Therapy Practitioner with the Paediatric Physiotherapy Team.  I have two grown up daughters, one who lives at and runs her beauty business from home.

Moves Fitness has been a big part of my life since I started teaching classes 29 years ago and I enjoy it as much now as I did then!
