Hi everyone! My name is Katy and I am a newly qualified Moves Fitness instructor! Even though I am new to the programme, Moves Fitness has always been a part of my life. My mum has been an instructor with Moves Fitness for 26 years so I was always going along to her classes as a child. I then started joining in as I got older and absolutely loved it!

The song choices are fantastic and the choreography is great fun! It’s a dance exercise programme for all ages and abilities so why not come along and experience the magic of Moves for yourself!

Outside of Moves Fitness I am a Learning Support Assistant at my local primary school, I enjoy teaching sign language and in my spare time you can normally find me on the ice rink where I’ve been skating since the age of 5!
